What kind of cookies do we use?

Persistent cookies are files that are saved on the device used by the User, even after leaving the page being viewed. The purpose of storing and accessing this information by the website owner is to remember the preferences selected by the User when visiting a given page.
Session cookies which are necessary in the website to maintain proper exchange of information between the server and browser, and thus to the possibility of correctly displaying the content of the website visited and using the functionality contained therein. The purpose of storing and accessing this information is to identify a given session (dialogue between the browser and the server) and Users who communicate with the server at the same time.
Third party cookies, with which the website owner cooperates, allow external companies to store information regarding the number of visits and the behavior of users on websites. The purpose of storing and accessing this information is to collect traffic data on websites. These are not personal data. Companies that provide analytical services include Google.

How can you refuse to install cookies using browser settings?

The vast majority of browsers by default accept cookies in order to provide Users with the convenience of using the website and displaying its content correctly.
A user who does not want cookies to be installed in his telecommunications terminal device, may refuse to install cookies in the following way:

  • In the Internet Explorer browser:
    select “Tools / Internet options” from the main menu and then in the “Privacy” section, select “Advanced” and disable cookies.
  • In the Mozilla Firefox browser:
    select “Tools” from the menu and then “Options” and specify the level of privacy in the “Privacy” section.
  • In the Opera browser:
    select “Tools” from the menu and then from “Preferences” select “Advanced” and then “Cookies”.
  • In Google Chrome, you should:
    from the menu on the right, select “Options” and then “For advanced” and “Cookie settings”.

The above types of browsers are indicated, for example. Due to the large variety of browsers used by Users, there may be some differences in the way they are set, which would prevent the installation of cookies. Usually information about cookies can be found in the “Tools” or “Option” menu. More detailed information in this area can be found most often on the website of the browser manufacturer.

It is worth noting that storing and accessing some cookies on the User’s end device may be necessary for the proper functioning of the website.
